Cynthia oversees the day to day operations of our Travel Division, which offers contracts nationwide to healthcare professionals. Having begun her career as a healthcare recruiter, Cynthia is acutely aware of the challenges both healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals face during staffing shortages. Her focus is ensuring that exceptional support is being provided to deliver high quality service to our clients and candidates so that they can focus on delivering optimal patient care. Cynthia is highly regarded in the healthcare staffing industry and her comments and insight and regularly sought out by national healthcare publications and industry associations. Cynthia has been quoted in industry publications including, Staffing Industry Analysts, Healthcare Traveler magazine and Group Practice Journal. She has also presented at industry events including the 2006 and 2007 Healthcare Staffing Summits. Cynthia received a BA in International Relations from U.S. International University-Europe in the United Kingdom in 1988 and has over 19 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. |
