Daisy Fernandez Seebach is a Vice President and the Chief Ethics Officer at ACS. She joined the Company in early 2007. In her role she coordinates and communicates ethics activities, including the implementation and monitoring of behaviors that detect and prevent unethical or illegal actions.
Seebach joined ACS from Merck & Co., Inc., where she has more than 15 years of law, ethics, compliance and administration experience. At Merck, she served as a Senior Ethics Officer & Ombudsman, where she assisted employees in resolving work related concerns and in managing Ethics and Compliance matters, both domestically and internationally.
Seebach also served as in-house lawyer in the Employment and Labor Group at Merck and held positions within the Company with international responsibilities in the areas of privacy law and human resources. In this position, she was responsible for the development and implementation of worldwide human resources and privacy and data protection policies, updated employee notices, and appropriate standard operating procedures.
Prior to her employment at Merck, she held various positions as an attorney with law firms in New York and Florida.
Seebach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of New Rochelle and earned her Juris Doctorate law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1981. She is a member of the Florida and New York Bars, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. |
