Dale Rentrop is Vice President - Business Development for the C&W Group at TMNG. His responsibilities include leading all service delivery efforts at Comcast. Dale reports to Bill Opet, senior vice president of C&W, and is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Previously, Dale served as senior consultant, data migration at Sprint/Nextel where he had responsibility for migration of customer data between Convergys and Amdocs billing systems. Prior to that, was vice president of the Internet core product development unit for Convergys IMG. He also was senior director of Professional Services for Convergys IMG, and was responsible for all implentation, customization and enhancements of Catalys (SM) at client sites.
Before joining Convergys, Dale served in various senior management positions at Technology Applications, Inc. in St. Louis. During his four years with the organization, he worked in customer account management, new and existing product development, sales support and strategic technology. Prior to that, he spent 18 years with Southwestern Bell Telephone as a programming analyst/ systems supervisor, an area manager and a strategic technical specialist.
Mr. Rentrop earned his bachelor�s degree in mathematics from Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas, and his master�s degree in information management - telecommunications management from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
