Dale is an Ohio Certified Residential Appraiser with 19 years of real estate appraisal experience. Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University in 1972. He has taught pre-licensing appraisal courses for Hondros and Southern Ohio Community College for several years. Dale also has a property investment business in which he owns single family rental units and is active in buying, rehabbing and selling residential properties. Dale currently resides in Ohio where he owns and operates Sungy Appraisal Services, Inc with his wife Mary Beth. Dale is currently pending AQB Certification to teach USPAP. |
