Damian Cook joined Staktek in 2005 and serves as Vice President and General Manager, Business Operations. Mr. Cook brings over 20 years of high-tech hardware, software, and systems experience to Staktek. Most recently, he served as Director of Engineering for PowerEdge server product development at Dell Inc. He also served as Director of Engineering for PowerConnect networking products and PowerVault storage systems. Prior to Dell, Mr. Cook worked at Compaq Computer Corporation, developing desktop and server products and was responsible for the development of the first Compaq ProLiant rackmount servers and the first Compaq TaskSmart servers. Before Compaq, he served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer. He holds a BSEE from Texas A&M University, where he graduated with honors |
