Dan joined the firm in 1988, upon graduation from the University of Pennsylvania. His college studies, particularly in business administration and sociology, inspired an interest in corporate cultures, their variations and the importance of constant evolution and improvement. Dan worked in all aspects of the business from temporary assignments through full time, direct hire placements until 1996, when he took over the day-to-day management of Becker Staffing Services. Dan Becker has been instrumental in the growth and development of Becker Staffing Services since he assumed the position of President in 1996. He oversaw a major expansion of the firm in the late 90's and has introduced technology and other infrastructure for continued growth. Dan is a hands-on President. He is involved in all aspects of Becker's operation. He enjoys working directly with people and situations, ensuring that Becker Staffing Services will provide a highly selective, individualized approach to your particular staffing situation. Dan has developed a unique team of dedicated professionals in both the temporary/contract and direct hire divisions, where Becker's internal staff retention is far above the average in the industry. He understands the value of building relationships based on trust, professionalism and personal integrity. Dan is also a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), having demonstrated his knowledge of Federal and State employment laws in a written examination administered by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. Less than 4% of employment agency personnel have achieved this designation. |
