Dan brings more than 20 years of executive experience to SpringCM and also serves as Executive in Residence at Foundation Capital. Prior to joining SpringCM, Dan served as President and CEO of Itemfield and before that was an integral part of the senior management team at iManage, helping establish iManage as a leader in the Document Management market.
Following the merger of iManage with Interwoven in 2003 (which saw them grow into one of the 50 largest software companies in the world), Dan served as Vice President and General Manager of the $60M Legal / Professional Services business unit.
During Dan's career he has been instrumental in guiding new or emerging ventures to become market leaders.
Dan holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |
