Dan Cook has spent over 45 years serving as an investment banker to many of the largest and most successful companies in the United States. He is retired from Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he served as a Partner and led the firm's Dallas office. Dan served as the senior banker for many of the firm's most important clients. He currently sits on the board of directors of TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation as well as the board of trustees of the Southwest Region of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Dallas Museum of Art. Mr. Cook is a member of the executive board of the SMU Edwin L. Cox School of Business. He is also the Chairman of The Vice President's Residence Foundation in Washington, D.C. He is a former board member of Brinker International and Centex Corporation. Mr. Cook earned his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and his BA from Stanford University. He is also a former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. |
