Dan Dillon serves as the interim Chief Executive Officer for Mimi's Café. Mimi's Café is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bob Evans Farms, Inc., since 2004. Bob Evans Farms is a $1.7 billion food and restaurant company based in Columbus, Ohio. Dillon joined Mimi's Café as part of the management team in October 1980 and steadily progressed to Chief Operating Officer in October 1996.
Dillon grew up in the Chicago area. After graduating from high school, he along with his family started a restaurant/bar outside of Chicago, which he operated for the family from 1975 until the end of 1978. In January 1979 until June of 1980, Mr. Dillon continued his culinary education with the Hilton Hotels, in Chicago.
Dillon relocated to California in October of 1980. He resides in Yorba Linda, California, with his wife and three children. |
