Daniel S. Durrie, M.D., is the leader of the refractive team at DurrieVision in Overland Park, Kansas. With more than 25 years experience inrefractive and corneal surgery, Dr. Durrie has been a pioneer inprocedures to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.Dr. Durrie has participated in 46 completed clinical studies and ispresently an investigator or medical monitor for ten other studies. Hehas performed more than 40,000 refractive surgery procedures. Also, hehas served as medical monitor for several excimer laser studies and hasbeen an investigator for various others.
