Dan Hart is responsible for the legal affairs of Oce and its subsidiaries in North America. Dan's corporate legal experience includes domestic and international expertise in corporate governance; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; regulatory compliance; human resources; intellectual property; real estate; debt and equity financing, and litigation.
He has successfully managed the legal affairs for several major companies throughout his career, including Senior Vice President General Counsel and Human Resources for Invensys Controls, a global manufacturing and engineering operation with $1.7 billion in sales and 13,000 employees; Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for Required Technologies, a database technology start-up, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dictaphone Corporation.
Dan holds a JD degree from New York University and a BA from Tufts University and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
