Dan manages our project teams during all phases of implementation, including requirements identification, cost development, initialization of our profitability application, customer validation and development of profitability-based recommendations for net income lift. Dan has over 30 years of banking experience with extensive hands-on skills in the areas of bank costing and profitability analysis. He is a senior member of our methodology development team and speaks frequently on customer profitability management. |
