As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Dan Kashman oversees the creation and implementation of Reprise Media's new business strategies. Dan assists in the execution of company strategy, managing the retention of current lines of business and the creation of new revenue streams. Dan began his career in corporate management at the investment-banking firm Houlihan Lokey-Howard & Zukin. In 1997, Dan joined American Skiing Company as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Investor Relations, where he played an integral role in the company's IPO, raising over $900 million in capital and the acquisitions of the Canyons, Steamboat and Heavenly resorts. In 2001, Dan left the American Skiing Company to found First Ascent, LLC, a management consulting and business development firm servicing resort property owners. In 2002 he founded Precision Loyalty, a customer relationship and loyalty marketing firm specializing in coalition fans rewards programs. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Precision Loyalty until he accepted a position as the General Manager and Vice President of Business Development at ROOT Markets, where he executed co-branded lead generation programs with top-tier online publishers and led the launch of ROOT.net, the web's first banking service for attention data.
