Mr. Kirkpatrick has twenty years of management experience in the waste services industry in the areas of waste collection, transfer, and disposal facility operations. Mr. Kirkpatrick has served in various management positions with Browning-Ferris Industries (BFI Waste Systems) and Waste Management at local, district, and division levels with responsibilities including strategic planning, internal & external growth, disposal management, capital management, and operations within multi-district market areas. Mr. Kirkpatrick has most recently served the past two years as Vice President of Operations for EnviroSolutions Holdings, Inc. overseeing the integration of acquisitions, implementation of operational reporting, policies, and procedures, and the development of rail infrastructure. |
