Mr. Ross founded ValueWorks to help others design and build lean enterprises and maximize customer satisfaction without spending a fortune on consulting fees. He has hands-on, general management experience turning several businesses around using lean techniques. In addition, he has consulted with many companies and has personally facilitated numerous manufacturing and administrative kaizens. He believes the principles of lean thinking are relatively simple and that execution, which is the key to success, can be quite challenging without an experienced guide.
