Dana Alan Kurttila participates in all aspects of the firm's investment and incubation opportunities, as well as in its financial advisory activities. He joined Grail in 2005 and works in the Boston office. Prior to joining Grail, Dana was an Associate at Conning Capital Partners, a Connecticut-based private equity firm focused on the financial services and healthcare services sectors, with equity capital of more than $500 million. He participated in all aspects of the business from sourcing transactions and analyzing investment opportunities to monitoring portfolio companies, with a primary focus on the financial services sector. Prior to Conning, Dana was an investment banking analyst at Putnam Lovell NBF. Dana is a Board Observer for Munder Capital Management, Chatham Partners and United Capital Financial Partners, and regularly attends board meetings for Financial Crossing Inc. Dana earned a BS in finance, summa cum laude, from Fairfield University, and minored in accounting and mathematics.
