Dana Friedman recently served as a Senior Advisor to Bright Horizons Family Solutions where she helped organize the client conference, edit the newsletter, Solutions, and consult with clients on work/life issues. Dr. Friedman previously led the company's work/life consulting practice, assessing employees'needs, and designing and evaluating solutions.
Prior to joining Bright Horizons, Dr. Friedman was the Co-Founder and Co-President of the Families and Work Institute (FWI), a non-profit research firm, where she focused on business, government, and community efforts to help families care for their dependents. Prior to the seven years at FWI, Dr. Friedman was a Senior Research Associate at the Conference Board, a non-profit business think-tank, where she created the Work and Family Information Center in 1983. |
