Larsen oversees 16 Client Services Representatives, who are responsible for assisting clients in the use of DDC's Democracy Direct applications. Every Client Services Representative comes from a background in politics and relies on his or her experience with PACs, grassroots, and government affairs to provide not only technical, but also strategic support to our wide array of clients. Larsen herself accrued four years of local, state, and federal campaign experience in Wisconsin before moving to Washington , D.C. , where she worked on human rights issues in the Washington Office on Latin America . She later spent two years at Women in Government, where she both ran the State Directors program and served in Corporate Relations. Larsen then joined DDC, where she has devoted more than six years to providing service and support to literally hundreds of corporate and association clients, including AARP, the National League of Cities, the California Association of Realtors, GE, Motorola, Wells Fargo, America's Second Harvest, and the American Public Transportation Association. In her role as Director of Client Services, Larsen also interfaces with the Development Team to develop new features for the Democracy Direct system, based on the needs of our clients. |
