His representative business process sourcing transactions include the outsourcing of finance and accounting functions, human resource/employee services, customer relations management, recruiting, logistics, collections, procurement, e-commerce processing and support, financial services operations, and other business processes and functions. His representative information technology transactions include the outsourcing of IT infrastructure services and support, data center services, application development and maintenance, network management and support, help desk/call center services, and telecommunications services.

Dan joined Mayer Brown in 1997. From 1994 to 1997 he served as Vice President and General Counsel of I-NET, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of information technology, telecommunications and outsourcing services. Prior to I-NET, Dan was a partner in another Washington, DC firm.
