Dan practices in the area of government relations and legislation, with additional emphasis in public utilities and litigation. He represents clients before legislative and administrative branches of state government and works closely with publicly and privately held clients to develop legislative strategies and support programs on a wide range of issues. Dan is a member of the American, Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations as well as the Ohio State Lobbying Association. He is a graduate of Capital University Law School, 2001, and received his bachelor of science degree from The Ohio State University in 1997, during which time he received a Presidential Leadership Citation, class honorary. Dan was employed as a legislative aide to Senator L.W. Blessing, Jr. prior to joining Calfee in 2003. |
