While practicing in California from 1996 to 2006, he was on-site labor and employment counsel for the West Business Unit of the largest international bottling corporation. He has represented this and many other clients before state and federal administrative agencies and courts and has handled labor arbitrations on a wide range of issues. He also provides ongoing counseling and training to clients concerning matters impacted by local, state and federal laws and regulations.
