Daniel B. Guggenheim joined the firm in 2007 and is an associate in the firm�s real estate department.
Mr. Guggenheim has experience representing mortgage and mezzanine lenders, commercial and residential developers, and opportunity and hedge funds in connection with the acquisition, debt and equity financing, development, and disposition of real estate.
Mr. Guggenheim received his J.D. in 2004 from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School. At USC, he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and a semifinalist in USC�s Hale Moot Court Competition, and served as President of the Student Bar Association and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edward Rafeedie of the United States District Court, Central District of California. In 2000, he received his bachelor�s degree in Political Science (International Affairs) from Columbia University.
Mr. Guggenheim was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California in 2004 and is a member of the real estate sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. He is also a licensed California real estate broker and a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
