Dan Gibson is an attorney in the Columbus office of Bricker & Eckler and is a member of the appellate practice group.
Representative Experience
Represents individuals, small businesses, major financial institutions, large corporations, trade and lobbying organizations, and non-profits in litigation at the trial and appellate stages in Ohio state and federal courts with an emphasis on motion practice and appellate brief writing and advocacy.
As Associate Director of Projects for International Religious Liberty and Civil Justice Reform, Hudson Institute, Washington, D.C., drafted and negotiated statutory language for various bills under consideration in Congress, including Title II of the unanimously passed Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005.
