Daniel E. Berce has served as a director of DealerTrack since October 2004. Mr. Berce been President of AmeriCredit Corp. since April 2003 and a director since 1990. Prior to becoming President in April 2003, Mr. Berce served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of AmeriCredit Corp. from November 1996 until April 2003 and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from November 1994 until November 1996. Mr. Berce is also a director of Curative Health Services, Inc., a publicly held company that provides specialty health care services and AZZ Incorporated, a publicly held company that manufactures specialty electrical equipment and provides galvanizing services to the steel fabrication industry. |
