Daniel E. Gladkowski joined the Corporation in 1994 as Director of Human Resources. In March 2005, Dr. Gladkowski was appointed to the position of Vice-President of Administration. In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic direction of Corporate Human Resources and Administrative Services.
From 1980 to 1994, Dr.Gladkowski was employed by Draper Laboratory, Inc., where he served as Director of Human Resources. In this position, he was responsible for the management of all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including benefits, recruitment, compensation, human relations, college recruitment and the MIT Draper Fellow Program. In addition, he spent several years as a Division Administrator at Draper, responsible for Technical Program Management and division administration.
Prior to Draper Labs, he was employed by Exxon Research & Engineering and D.P. Parker & Associates, a technical search firm. Dr. Gladkowski received his BS degree from Marietta College and the MS and PhD degree in Chemistry from Cornell University. He also held a postdoctoral research position at Princeton University and has published in both the Scientific and Human Resources arenas.
