Daniel E. Ingberman is a principal in LECG�s Emeryville, California office. He has been engaged as a testifying expert, consultant, and scholar for the past 23 years. Dr. Ingberman has led many substantial consulting engagements, and he has served as co-director of the Emeryville office (LECG�s largest) and as a member of LECG�s board of governors. He currently serves on the faculty of the Walter A. Haas School of Business (University of California, Berkeley), and taught previously at the Olin School (Washington University in St. Louis), the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and the Graduate School of Industrial Administration (Carnegie-Mellon University). Dr. Ingberman has been engaged as a testifying expert and consultant on litigation issues related to antitrust, contract, intellectual property, damages, employment, environmental and torts. He also consults on non-litigation matters including formulation of competitive strategies and analyses of the economic impact of public policies. Dr. Ingberman holds a PhD and MS degrees in economics from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie-Mellon University, and an AB degree from Duke University. |
