An expert in analyzing construction performance problems associated with contract disputes, Mr. Kass spearheads the construction claims group at Jacobs Associates. On dispute related assignments, he is an acknowledged authority responsible for preparing construction schedules and cost estimates, analyzing cost records and construction methods, reviewing contract documents, and preparing reports. His project experience includes subway tunnels, highways, pipelines, several large condominium and apartment projects, a university sports arena, five large convention centers, three airport terminals, an airport heating and refrigeration plant, the B-1 Bomber assembly facility, a hydroelectric flume, a cement plant, hydroelectric powerhouses, and a school asbestos abatement and renovation project.
Mr. Kass has more than 25 years of construction related experience including project management for a national general construction contractor. He received a BS in Civil Engineering at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in California.
