Daniel E. Fausz, a partner in the firm's Cincinnati office, received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 1983, his master's degree from Vanderbilt University in 1985, and his J.D. degree from New York University in 1989, graduating summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice in New York, Kentucky and Ohio. Before joining Taft in 1993, he was an associate at Rogers & Wells real estate department in New York City. His area of practice encompasses all general business matters including mergers, sales and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and corporate and other limited liability formations. He also regularly advises clients (including lenders) in all forms of real estate transactions, including leases, construction contracts, purchase and sale agreements, professional sports stadium agreements, real estate based loan transactions and title matters. |
