Daniel G. Beyer is a Member of Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Beyer�s litigation practice is concentrated in the defense of medical malpractice against physicians and hospitals, motor vehicle liability, general negligence, employment and general business litigation. Mr. Beyer has tried over forty cases in the Circuit and Federal Courts in Michigan. He has appeared before the Michigan Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit and the Michigan Supreme Court. He is also a Certified Mediator and represents physicians in licensing and regulatory matters.
Mr. Beyer is licensed in the states of Michigan and Ohio, is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Ohio State Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, Association of Defense Trial Counsel and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. He has authored articles in and given presentations on health care issues and other civil litigation matters. He is listed in Who�s Who in American Law.
Mr. Beyer is a 1976 graduate, cum laude, of Albion College and a 1979 graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law. |
