Additionally, Mr. Cohen has served as a member of the board of directors of TRM Corporation, a consumer services company, from 2000 to 2006 and as its chairman from 2003 to 2006. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Cohen served as the chief operating officer of Resource America Inc., a publicly traded asset management company with interests in energy, real estate and financial services.
