Daniel G. Johnson is a Principal in the Private Clients Group of Cummings & Lockwood LLC, which he joined in 1997. He practices in the firm's Stamford office, primarily in the areas of estate planning, family business succession planning, estate administration and trust administration. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Dan is in charge of attorney training at Cummings & Lockwood and frequently lectures on estate and tax planning topics to both lawyer and non-lawyer audiences. Dan received his B.A. from Georgetown University, cum laude, and his J.D. from University of Virginia Law School. Dan is a member of the Junior Committee for Studio in a School, an organization which brings artists into New York City schools. Dan and his wife live in Manhattan. |
