Mr. Hoying is an attorney in the Labor and Employment Department in the Cincinnati office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Hoying received his law degree from the University of Chicago, graduating Order of the Coif. Mr. Hoying received an undergraduate degree in history from Loyola University Chicago, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Hoying represents and advises employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wage and hour requirements, safety and health issues, and union-management relations. He has experience with federal and state civil litigation, labor arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Mr. Hoying is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. |
