Daniel Leer is a founding partner at Entrepreneurs Law Group, a boutique law firm based in San Francisco specializing in corporate, securities, tax, real estate and intellectual property matters. Mr. Leer's expertise includes corporate, real estate, estate planning and tax law. He has structured venture investment funds, limited partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. His real estate experience has included the formation of limited partnerships for the purpose of acquiring and managing commercial and residential properties by groups of individual investors and by corporate, insurance company and pension fund investors. Mr. Leer has also devised and helped clients implement estate plans, including living trusts and family limited partnerships. Mr. Leer has taught corporate tax at the Business School of Hayward State University and lectured at continuing education seminars. Mr. Leer is a member of the State Bar of California and received his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law (U.C. Berkeley), where he was a member of the California Law Review, his M.A. from the University of Chicago , where he was a Ford Fellowship Scholar, and his B.A. from the University of Berkeley, California. |
