Mr. Loughran joined CRT in 1999 with over twenty-three years of trading and sales experience in the fixed income markets. He spent eleven years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he traded corporate bonds. In his first four years there, he founded and managed a dealer relations department. Just prior to coming to CRT, he worked at Citicorp Securities as a trader and most recently as a salesperson responsible for distributing a wide range of products including emerging market and structured notes. Mr. Loughran also spent two years at Wheat First Securities and two years with Tucker Anthony where he ran the institutional corporate bond departments.
