Dan Enright is executive vice president, global operations for Global Crossing. Mr. Enright is responsible for Global Crossing's customer service, engineering and operations, and he leads a team of employees around the world. In addition, Enright oversees Global Crossing's global network capital, operating expenses and maintenance expenses.
Mr. Enright joined Global Crossing in 1999 from Frontier Communications Services, where he served as vice president for network operations and service provisioning. In that role, he successfully led the network operations and service provisioning team during the construction of Frontier's nationwide fiber optic network. Prior to Frontier, Mr. Enright held various engineering and operations positions at Highland Telephone and Rochester Telephone.
Mr. Enright holds an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy (USMA). While at the USMA, he was captain of the Army football team and played in both the Hula Bowl and Japan Bowl All Star games. During his five years with the U. S. Army, Mr. Enright reached the rank of Captain, and he is a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne School and Ranger School. |
