Mr. Lewis has served as Chief Accounting Officer and an executive officer since August 2002. Prior to that Mr. Lewis was Corporate Controller of Cross Country. Mr. Lewis also served as Controller of our predecessor since 1989. Mr. Lewis is a C.P.A. and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. |
