Daniel M. McGavock has supervised a broad array of litigation, valuation, and business strategy assignments with a primary focus on matters involving intellectual property. Having testified as an expert on more than 50 occasions, his litigation work typically involves the analysis of accounting, financial, marketing, and other business information to assess the economic impact of business events. His intellectual property work has concentrated on the valuation, licensing, and strategic management of all types of intellectual property, including patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights. Mr. McGavock is a CPA and co-founded Chicago-based IPC Group (a predecessor company of InteCap) in 1988. Prior to joining CRA, Mr. McGavock served as InteCap�s president and as a member of its board of directors. |
