served as Vice President, Operating Specialties, Kforce Inc. (NASDAQ: KFRC), prior to joining RPS in 1998, where he started the contract staffing divisions in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, engineering, legal and scientific industries; helping the company to an IPO in 1995. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Perlman served as Managing Director of a local division of CDI where he specialized in pharmaceutical outsourcing. In addition to his 17 years of experience in providing outsourcing services to the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Perlman worked his way through a private label division of Goodyear where he last served as Vice President Sales and Marketing, Private Label Division. From 1985 until 1990, Mr. Perlman was President of TKA, a medium-sized tire company in eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Perlman has served as chairman for multiple clinical association events including R&D Directions and Partnerships with CROs. He graduated from The Haverford School (1974) and University of Pennsylvania Wharton School (1979).
