Daniel Riederer's practice of law centers on employment litigation. He represents and advises employers on matters involving the ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and related state statutes. In addition to representing clients involved in litigation, Daniel has represented clients in mediations and arbitrations, and provided general advice on employment matters. Daniel is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth and Sixth Circuits; and the United States District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. He is a member of the American, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and Memphis Bar Associations. While in law school, Daniel served on the executive board of the University of Mississippi Moot Court Board and was the executive editor of the National Security Law Journal.
