Daniel (Put) Brown practices in the areas of corporate trusts, financing transactions, and trusts and estates. In over 35 years of practice, Put has represented some of the firm's largest institutional clients, including a major toy company with operations in North America, Canada, Mexico and Latin America, banks headquartered in Hartford, Boston, Minneapolis, and Los Angeles and a manufacturing company with facilities in Connecticut, Texas, California and Virginia. His practice also includes the representation of smaller local or regional companies and their principals.
Put is a former chair of the firm's Finance Committee, Hiring Committee and Business Department, and also served on the Management Committee.
