DANIEL R. BIEGER was born in Buffalo, New York on January 5, 1953. He received his Bachelors Degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1975 and graduated magna cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor in 1978 from Ohio Northern University. Mr. Bieger was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1979 and the Tennessee Bar in 1992. He has written numerous articles, including "Representing Criminal Defendants at Sentencing Hearings" 44 Am Jur Trials 459 (1992); "The Pre-Existing Condition in a Personal Injury Claim: Weakness or Weapon," Trial Diplomacy Journal, Vol 16 No. 7 (Nov./Dec. 1993); "Odometer Law: Guaranteed Damages and Attorney Fees," Trial Diplomacy Journal, Vol. 20 No. 1 (Jan./Feb. 1997). He is a member of the Washington County Bar Association. Mr. Bieger is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy for civil and criminal trial advocacy (www.nbtanet.org).
