Mr. Korb practices in the firm�s securities litigation and regulatory practice group. He represents public companies, national and regional broker-dealers, and registered representatives on securities enforcement and litigation matters including customer initiated complaints, internal investigations, and investigations by various state agencies and self regulatory organizations such as FINRA and its predecessors, the NYSE and NASD. Mr. Korb regularly appears on behalf of corporate and individual clients in Federal and State courts in New Jersey and New York, at arbitrations and hearings before self-regulatory organizations, and in defense of individuals at on the record interviews before FINRA and its predecessors.
Mr. Korb counsels large and small corporate clients on business and legal issues that impact their daily operation. He has significant experience in construction law where he has successfully represented owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers and commercial landscapers in connection with contract negotiations, contract disputes, bid challenges, and federal and state investigations.
Mr. Korb's practice also includes the representation and defense of licensed New Jersey car dealers in connection with their various disputes with competitors, customers, and New Jersey state agencies such as the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Korb was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward W. Beglin, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey, Assignment Judge, Union County.
