Mr. Lenihans practice concentrates on corporate, project and trade finance, debt restructuring and derivatives. This includes representing corporate borrowers, institutional lenders, governmental entities and credit support providers in project financings, asset securitizations, note offerings under Rule 144A, export credit agency and federal loan guarantee programs, as well as senior secured and second lien financings.
