Mr. Sarver has over 15 years Investment Banking and Corporate Finance experience. Prior to joining Strategic Advisors, Mr. Sarver served as a Director within the Mellon Strategic Advisors Group where he worked on numerous M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. Previously, he was Manager of Business Development for UPMC Diversified Services where he was responsible for corporate development projects. In addition, Mr. Sarver held positions as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte & Touche LLP providing Corporate Finance Advisory services and as a Senior Financial Analyst for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, responsible for accounting, financial analysis and planning. Mr Sarver is a Board Member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and a past Treasurer of that organization. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has a M.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh , Katz Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is also a General Securities Representative licensed (7 and 63) by the NASD. |
