Dan Donovan has extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals to design and implement successful estate planning techniques, including tax-planning strategies and the preparation of wills, trust agreements and related documents necessary to implement the estate design. He has experience representing individual and corporate trustees in the administration of trusts and estates matters related to fiduciary duties and powers, proper investment of investments, and interpretation of trust agreements and wills. Dan reviews assets for taxability and collection options to minimize the overall tax consequences to beneficiaries and reviews federal and state estate tax returns to insure all assets and elections are completed properly. He has managed the estate settlement process for clients with estates valued in excess of $10 million, and his experience includes administration of extremely complex trust and probate accounts.
