Mr. Warncke is a partner in the Litigation Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He serves as trial counsel in state and federal courts, primarily complex commercial litigation, with a focus on antitrust and franchise matters. Mr. Warncke is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, where he serves on the Antitrust Section Council, and the Cincinnati and Butler County Bar Associations. Mr. Warncke also serves on the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, United States District Court for Southern District of Ohio and Southern District of Indiana, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits
