Daniel S. Woloshen joined GTC Biotherapeutics in 1999. Mr. Woloshen provides legal advice and counsel for all matters pertaining to the company's business operations such as the negotiation and drafting of contractual agreements and letters of intent consulting agreements and the maintenance of the company's intellectual property position. His scope of responsibility includes securities compliance insider trading employee relations and other corporate legal matters.
Mr. Woloshen has over 25 years of corporate counsel and general legal experience including positions with Philips Medical Systems North America; Biotherapeutics Merck and Baxter the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Air Force. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts Tennessee and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Woloshen received a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and holds a Bachelor's degree from Colby College. |
