Daniel T. Krabill, a Director, consults with financial institutions on a wide variety of strategic, financial advisory and regulatory issues. He assists clients in developing strategic plans for the entire institution, line of business strategies, and acquisition plans. He advises prospective acquirers on aligning acquisition programs with business strategies, identifying target institutions, pricing, and projecting the impact of prospective transactions on earnings and balance sheet ratios. He advises prospective sellers on whether or not to sell, identifying possible buyers, pricing, and other issues. He also advises clients on capital planning, including leveraging excess capital, issuing additional capital, and satisfying the capital requirements of the bank regulatory agencies.
Mr. Krabill joined Secura in 1990 after 12 years as a banking and thrift consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick and Golembe Associates, Inc. He was previously Director of the Strategic Analysis Division for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and a Senior Financial Analyst for the Federal Reserve Board.
Mr. Krabill received a BA in mathematics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and a MBA from Harvard Business School . |
