Real Estate Transactions
Daniel T. Murphy has 27 years' experience in real estate law and belongs to many legal and industry real estate organizations, including CCIM.
Mr. Murphy's recent projects have included: a $100 million urban redevelopment project in downtown Kansas City, Missouri; a $150 million arena and entertainment district development in Overland Park, Kansas; a $250 million casino, hospitality and entertainment project on the riverfront in North Kansas City, Missouri; an office development project in Vallejo, California; development projects leased to GSA in Kansas City, Kansas; Salt Lake City, Utah; Birmingham, Alabama, Denver Colorado, Great Falls, Montana, and Austin, Texas; representation of publicly-traded company in its facilities leasing and acquisition needs throughout the country; development of a medical office park and ambulatory surgery center; acquisitions, redevelopment and leasing of regional retail centers; and representing a major oil company in a land assemblage project involving approximately 180 parcels.
