Background/Experience:
Received Bachelor of Science Degree (Business) from Ithaca College.
Over 15 years of public accounting experience providing due diligence support in mergers and acquisitions, business advisory, compilation, review and audit services, agreed-upon procedures services, internal audit, executive compensation planning and tax services to a wide range of clients in the credit union, manufacturing, construction, property management, resort development and wholesale distribution industries.
Dan leads the firm�s credit union practice, and also has extensive SEC reporting experience.
